Ø California Medical Association (CMA) - CMA has endorsed the PrivaPlan resource kit. In a unique agreement with a private partner, CMA has customized the PrivaPlan kit so that it complies with California law for all California covered entities.

Ø Connecticut State Medical Society (CSMS) - CSMS has endorsed the PrivaPlan resource kit.

Ø Louisiana State Medical Society (LSMS) - After a careful evaluation LSMS has endorsed the PrivaPlan resource kit for its physician members.

Ø State of Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services - the State of Mississippi evaluated different HIPAA compliance products and suggests that Mississippi state agencies consider purchasing the PrivaPlan™ Resource Kit.
